The solution: a modular and extremely variable
painting concept that allows to be adapted to
every specific feature of permanently changing
parts in an individual
way. For the pretreatment,
a sophisticated analysis technique defines the level
of contamination
for all parts and then independently adjusts the dosage for the necessary
portion of
chemicals.
Each workpiece holder is coded and then processed
as required according
to the
individual parameters.
The plant allows to use water- and solvent-based
paints and this involves
an all-purpose design for the
spray booths and the baking equipment. Incorporated
paint-sludge removal units evacuate both, the depositing
and the floating
paint sludge, so they are a very important
contribution to the environmental
protection.
